This week you will focus on compiling the labs that you and your teammates have completed into one concise reproducible website. To accomplish this, you will need to create a unified source.R file for your lab submission and publish your Github Pages website for your team’s repository.

Note: Due to changes in the Github Pages workflow that have been implemented since this video was recorded, it appears that it is no longer an option to automatically assign a theme and generate a _config.yml file for your website. Therefore, an example file has been linked below. You can download this file and then use the instructions in the Github Pages Themes Repositories linked below to edit it and update your theme.
